Viewing Link Details

You can view link details for resources that Metadata Manager linked using connection assignments. When you view the links details of a resource, you can export them to a Microsoft Excel file.

You cannot view link details for resources that Metadata Manager linked using linking rules.

On the Load tab, select the resource in the Resources panel.

Click

Actions

View Link Details

The Link Details tab displays the actual and missing links for the resource.

To export the link details to a Microsoft Excel file, click

Actions

Export Details to Excel

The File Download dialog box appears.

Click

Save

and specify the location to save the file.

By default, Metadata Manager names the file with the resource name and the start time of the resource load.
