The process tried to lock the specified lock file but another process holds a lock on that file. The maximum amount of time that the process can retry locking has elapsed.
The process that tried to lock the lock file ends abnormally.
Check the status of the process that holds the lock. It might not have completely shut down. Also, verify that the configuration files of both processes do not specify the same directories.
