The PowerExchange Logger for Linux, UNIX, and Windows was started from the command line with the SPECIALSTART=Y parameter. This parameter requires valid SEQUENCE_TOKEN and RESTART_TOKEN values to be specified in the pwxccl.cfg file. However, these token values are not specified in the pwxccl.cfg file.
The PowerExchange Logger ends.
Enter valid SEQUENCE_TOKEN and RESTART_TOKEN values in the pwxccl.cfg file, and then restart the PowerExchange Logger with the SPECIALSTART=Y parameter. Alternatively, restart the PowerExchange Logger without the SPECIALSTART=Y parameter or with the SPECIALSTART=N parameter.
