A client application attempt to establish a secure connection to a PowerExchange Listener on z/OS failed because the remote peer did not accept the connection. This informational message follows PWX-31061 and provides the names of the TCP/IP, Application Transparent Transport Layer Security (AT-TLS), or PowerExchange logs that you can use to diagnose the connection error.
