Reporting on Remote Programs by Using a PowerExchange Listener Task
You can report information about remote program by referencing a remote PowerExchange Listener.
To report on remote programs, perform the following steps:
Run DTLINFOX by using the LOCATION=<mynode> specification, where <mynode> is the name of a NODE statement in the Windows DBMOVER configuration file that references a PowerExchange Listener on a remote machine. For example:
NODE=(myzAbc,TCPIP,myzOS-A,1234)
Create a batch file that contains the DTLINFOX command and parameter specifications.
Run the batch file.
Verify that the PowerExchange Listener job on the remote machine is running and accepting connections on the designated port.
