ICU data directory changed to
current_ICU_data_directory
 for ODL. Previously it was
former_ICU_data_directory
.
After initializing the PMI18N environment, the ICU data directory has changed from the previous value that might have been set by the configuration ICUDATADIR parameter.
Processing continues but might fail later if a CNV file for a custom ICU code page is not found in the specified directory.
It is best to change the ICUDATADIR to be the same as the “change to” value.
