Single-quote not allowed in a function argument unless enclosed in single-quotes.
A single-quote is only allowed in literals for which the first and last characters are also single-quotes. Single-quote characters in the middle of a literal must be escaped by prefixing with an additional single-quote. For example, COPYDATA('Peter''s dog',F1).
