Adding and Editing a Simple Filter

Add a simple filter to filter data by a fixed value on a column. After you add a simple filter, you can edit it to modify the filter values and target columns.

From the Actions menu, click

Edit

Filter

The

Edit Mapping Specification

wizard appears.

Chose to add or edit a filter.

To add a filter, click the

New

icon.

To edit a filter, click the

Edit

icon.

The

New Filter

Edit Filter

wizard appears.

Select

Simple

filter.

On the

Condition

panel, select a column, operator, and enter a value.

Optionally, on the

Data Preview

panel, click the

Refresh

icon to preview the data.

Click

The

Filter Properties

panel displays the filter condition.

Optionally, click the

Edit

icon or the

Delete

icon to edit or delete the filter.

Click

Save
