[ERROR] Could not convert the password for the certificate file
file_name
 from UTF-8 to UTF-16.
The Extractor for Microsoft SQL Server sources could not convert the certificate password from UTF-8 to UTF-16. Consequently, the Extractor cannot get a private key from the specified certificate file. If the Extractor requires the private key to access a SQL Server database that uses Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), the Extractor will end with an error.
Ensure that the password includes only the characters that can be converted from UTF-8 to UTF-16.
