The Applier detected multiple changes to primary key values for a single row that are distributed between different Applier threads. To avoid row locking, the Applier thread that contains the first record with a primary key change must flush change data from the internal buffer to the target and commit the data. An error occurred after the Applier thread flushed the data and then attempted to perform a commit.
