[ERROR] Could not apply the CREATE TABLE operation because the table already exists in the target database.
An error occurred when the Applier tried to apply the CREATE TABLE operation from the source to the target. The table that is specified in the source DDL statement already exists in the target database.
Set the apply.skip_create_table_failed_ddl or apply.skip_all_failed_ddl runtime parameter to 1 to skip the failed DDL operation and continue Applier processing.
