When parsing redo log records, the Oracle Extractor encountered a record for the beginning of the transaction with the specified transaction ID (XID). However, the Extractor already determined that this transaction is open. The Extractor cannot process multiple records that indicate the beginning of a transaction for the same transaction ID.
