The idradmin user can unlock a user account. The Server Manager temporarily locks out a user account if the user fails to enter a correct password after the maximum number of retries.
On the
Server Manager
tab >
Configs
view, connect to the Server Manager Main server as the idradmin user.
Click
File
>
Users
.
In the
Users
dialog box, select the user account that you want to unlock.
Click the
Unlock
button on the toolbar or right-click the user account row and click
