Associated Users Report for Data Vault Access Roles

The Associated Users report contains the list of users assigned to a Data Vault access role.

To access the Associated Users report, go to

Administration

Manage Roles

and click the

Access Roles

tab. Click the PDF icon in the Associated Users column for the row of the file access role you are interested in.

The Associated Users report contains the following information:

General Information: General details about the Data Vault access role, such as the name, description, and validity period of the role.
Report Generation Time: Time that the report was generated. The report uses the time zone of the ILM application server location.
Users: List of all users that are assigned to the role including user login ID, name, department, email address, and the user status.
