Step 3. Configure and publish the Zendesk connection

Configure the email address, API token, and instance domain in the ZendeskConnectionTicket connection, and then publish the connection.
  1. Open the
    ZendeskConnectionTicket
    connection.
  2. From the
    Type
    list, select
    Zendesk
    .
  3. From the
    Runtime Environment
    list, select
    Cloud Server or any Secure Agent
    .
  4. In the
    Connection Properties
    section, enter values for the following properties:
    Property
    Description
    Email
    Zendesk user's email address to authenticate requests.
    Api_Token
    Zendesk API token to authenticate requests. You can generate this value on the Zendesk Admin page.
    Instance_Domain
    The instance domain of Zendesk. Enter the instance domain in the following format:
    https://{domain}.zendesk.com
  5. Save and publish the connection.
