Configure the authorization details and publish the processes.
  1. To publish the
    Get Salesforce Account and Contact
    process, click
    Actions
    in the row that contains the process and select
    Publish
    .
  2. Open the
    Synchronize Zendesk Tickets with Salesforce Cases
    process.
  3. On the
    Start
    tab of the
    Start
    step, configure the authorization details according to the Zendesk webhooks setting.
  4. Save and publish the process.
You must copy the service URL to the webhook configuration in Zendesk. For more information, see Creating webhooks in Zendesk. The process will be triggered automatically when a ticket is created or updated in Zendesk.
