Data Conversion Batch Job

You can run the data conversion batch job to convert beans from external data sources to Salesforce records.
The data conversion batch job performs the following tasks:
  1. If the Convert without Duplicate Check option is disabled in the beans detail page, checks for duplicate beans before converting the external beans.
  2. Converts external beans to accounts, contacts, or leads.
  3. If the Convert after Consolidation option is enabled in the bean details page, converts the consolidated master bean to accounts, contacts, or leads.
  4. Converts the bean to the record type that you specify in the bean details page.
You can convert the records based on the following available options in the bean detail page:
  • Convert without Duplicate Check. If enabled, converts the bean without checking for duplicate beans.
  • Convert after Consolidation. If enabled, converts the consolidated master bean to accounts, contacts, or leads.
