When I installed
Identity Resolution
on Windows, the installer failed to run the specified program.
If you did not install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) library, you get the following message:
The system cannot execute the specified program.
Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) library from the Microsoft web site.
When I installed
Identity Resolution
, the installer could not find the Java installation.
If the PATH environment variable does not point to the
bin
directory of the JDK or JRE installation, you get the following message:
Java not found in the current PATH.
If you receive this message, add the
bin
directory of the JDK or JRE installation to the PATH environment variable.
When I installed
Identity Resolution
in an existing empty directory, the installation failed.
Delete the directory, and run the installer again.
