Fetching One Hop (Graphic View)

To retrieve relationships directly related to one or more entities, use fetch one hop. For example, you would use this type of hop to search for Sam Jones, who lives in the Jones household, from the Jones household entity. However, if the Jones household is in Townsend, which is a suburb of Baltimore, you could not fetch the entity Sam Jones from the entity Baltimore using Fetch One Hop.

To fetch one hop in the Graphic view:

Select one or more entities of interest.

Right-click on the entity to display the context menu, and choose

Fetch One Hop

The Graphic view displays the new entity (or entities).
