Upgrade Issues

If you encounter any issues when you upgrade
Supplier 360
, use the following information to troubleshoot the issues.

The
Supplier 360
upgrade fails in a JBoss environment.

In JBoss environments, the upgrade might fail due to a failed deployment of the
supplierexternalcall.war
file. To verify the failed deployment of the
supplierexternalcall.war
file, check the
server.log
file of JBoss.
If the deployment of
supplierexternalcall.war
file fails, perform the following steps:
  1. Go to the following Directory:
    <JBoss installation directory>/jboss-eap-6.4/standalone/configuration/
  2. Open the
    standalone-full.xml
    file in a text editor.
  3. Comment out the following code:
    <subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:pojo:1.0"/>
  4. Save the file, and restart the application server.
