Creating a Blockchain Data Object Operation

Create a blockchain data object operation that you can use as a source, lookup, or target in a mapping.
  1. In the
    Object Explorer
    view, open the blockchain data object.
    The blockchain data object appears in the
    Editor
    .
  2. Select the
    Data Object Operations
    tab.
  3. Click the
    New (Insert)
    icon to create a new blockchain data object operation.
    The
    Data Object Operation
    dialog box appears.
  4. Edit the name of the data object operation.
  5. For capabilities, select either
    blockchainRead
    or
    blockchainWrite
    .
    The
    blockchainRead
    capability indicates that the data object operation is a read operation. The
    blockchainWrite
    capability indicates that the data object operation is a write operation.
  6. Click
    Add
    to select resources.
  7. Select the resources that you want the data object operation to use.
  8. Click
    Finish
    The data object operation appears in the
    Editor
    . Edit the links between the source object and the output object according to your requirements.
