Address enrichments

Address enrichments

Address enrichments provide additional information that helps you better understand and use the address data. The enrichments include data that increases the precision of the address, provides additional information about the administrative or statistical regions to which the address belongs, and helps the postal service to find the destination mailbox more easily.
For example, a verifier can return the latitude and longitude geocoordinates of an address. For more information, see Enrichments: Geocoding fields.
Many enrichments are specific to addresses in individual countries, such as the census-based information that a verifier can return for United States addresses. The output fields that accompany certified verification are also a form of address enrichment. Some enrichments apply equally to every country. For more information, see Enrichments: Country Specific fields and Enrichments: Global fields.
