Open Private SSH Key

Open Private SSH Key

Follow the instructions below to work with a private SSH key that is not installed in the
Managed File Transfer
key manager:
  1. From the main menu, select
    Encryption
    , and then click the SSH Key Manager link.
  2. In the
    SSH Key Manager
    page, click the 
    External Key Files
    drop-down and then click  
    Open Private Key File
    .
  3. Type the name of the key file in the Private Key File box or click the icon to browse for a private SSH key. If browsing for a key file, verify your Web browser allows pop-ups. The key selection page opens in a pop-up window.
  4. In the Passphrase box, type the passphrase for the selected private SSH key.
  5. Click the
    Open
    button to open the private SSH key.
  6. The private SSH key opens and is displayed on the page.
  7. Click the
    Download
    button to save the private key on your local computer.
