From within the Project Designer page, expand the File Encryption folder in the Component Library, and then drag the PGP Encrypt task to the Project Outline.
On the Basic tab of the PGP Encrypt task, specify the following values:
Select the Key Ring (OpenPGP Key Ring Resource) that contains the OpenPGP keys.
For the Input File attribute, specify the name of the file to encrypt.
For the Output File attribute, specify the directory and file name for the encrypted file.
To add a public key to encrypt the file with, click the
Next
button and choose
Add a Public Key
option from the menu.
This will display the page titled "Public Key".
Repeat step 3 if you need to encrypt the file using multiple public keys.
To additionally sign the file (this is only needed if your trading partner requires
digital signatures, select the PGP Encrypt task by clicking it in the project outline.
Click the
Add
button and choose Add a Secret Key from the context menu.
This will display a page titled "Secret Key".
Click the
button (next to the Key ID) to open the “PGP Key Chooser” and select the private key.
Specify a passphrase for your private key. This is the passphrase you used when you first created your key pair.
