Trigger Actions at a Glance

: Call ProjectA local
Managed File Transfer
Project can be executed to further process the file.

: Call Remote ProjectA Project on a remote

server can be executed to further process the file.

: Send EmailAn email is sent to one or more recipients. The email can be easily customized to include variables and other text.
If more than one Trigger exists for an event type, reorder a Trigger by grabbing the row and dragging it to a new position. Triggers are executed sequentially in the order they appear. Triggers that need to run before others should be placed earlier in the sequence.
To administrate Triggers, log in as an Admin User with the
Trigger Manager
role.
From the main menu bar, select
Workflows
, and then click the Triggerslink.
