This message accompanies another message reporting that opening a file using the _wfopen() API has failed. Microsoft Windows does not allow a network file beginning with "\\" to be opened with a local user account.
Processing terminates.
If it is necessary to open a network file, ensure that the process runs under a domain user account and not under a local user account.
