The DELETE_EXPIRED_CDCT command cannot be executed. For the PWXUCDCT utility to delete expired CDCT records, the PowerExchange Logger pwxccl.cfg configuration file must specify LOGGER_DELETES_EXPIRED_DCT_RECORDS=N. Otherwise, the PowerExchange Logger attempts to delete expired CDCT records.
