ORAD: Database Thread count

 does not match the MEMBERS parameter

In the PowerExchange Express CDC for Oracle configuration file, the MEMBERS parameter in the RAC statement specifies a number of members that does not match the number of database threads. The number of members and number of threads must match.
CDC processing ends abnormally.
Edit the RAC MEMBERS parameter to specify the correct number of active and inactive members in the RAC. Then restart the CDC session.
