The format of the PowerExchange Logger for Linux, UNIX, and Windows CDCT file changed in PowerExchange 9.5.1. If you have a CDCT file for a database instance from a previous PowerExchange version, PowerExchange 9.5.1 automatically converts the file to the new format.
