You can make changes to an enterprise discovery profile after you set it up. You can exclude columns with specific data types, change the column selection, data domain selection, and inference options.
In the
Object Explorer
view, select the project or folder that contains the profile that you want to edit.
Click
Team
Check Out
to check out the profile.
Double-click the profile to open it.
Click the
Properties
view.
The Properties view is under the Default view.
Click
Profiles
to view the profile tasks.
Select a profile task in the right pane that you want to edit and click
Open
.
The profile definition appears in a tab.
To make changes to the global settings of the enterprise discovery profile, select the profile at the top of
List of profiling tasks
, and click
Configure
.
Make the required changes to the profile definition options.
