You can cancel a running job. You may want to cancel a job that hangs or that is taking an excessive amount of time to complete.

In the Administrator tool, click the

Monitor

tab.

Click the

Execution Statistics

view.

In the Domain Navigator, expand a Data Integration Service and select

Ad Hoc Jobs

In the contents panel, select a job.

Click

Actions

Cancel Selected Object

Monitor Ad Hoc Jobs
