Cloud Customer 360 Tabs

The
Cloud Customer 360
tabs provide access to multiple
CC360
features.
In Salesforce Classic, use the following tabs when you deploy
CC360
:
Account Scout
Create an account or search for accounts. The Account Scout tab displays the same
CC360
Visualforce page that launches when you select
New
on the Accounts home page.
Beans
View all the beans or a filtered list of the beans. Beans are containers for data in
CC360
where the data can be de-duplicated, cleansed, and consolidated.
CC360
Start and schedule batch jobs, view scheduled and completed batch jobs, and monitor the running batch jobs. You can also launch the Setup Wizard through which you can configure multiple settings for
CC360
.
Duplicate Accounts
View all duplicate accounts or a filtered list of duplicate accounts. The Duplicate Accounts tab displays the match score of the duplicate account pairs. You can also select to ignore duplicates. You can click the duplicate name to see more details about the pairs. Select the Master Bean IDs to see more information about the master beans.
Fuzzy Matching
Test the results of your fuzzy match settings. The Fuzzy Matching tab displays the Fuzzy Data Comparison page. You can use the Fuzzy Data Comparison page to test the match results and examine the match scores before you create beans or master beans. Compare two records to test the match results so that you can adjust your match settings.
CC360
determines matches at the master bean level. You can associate all objects of a master bean to participate in the fuzzy matching process.
Master Beans
View all master beans or a filtered list of the master beans.
Other Duplicates
View all duplicate contacts, duplicate leads, or a filtered list of duplicate contacts or duplicate leads. The Other Duplicates tab displays the match score of the pairs. You can also select to ignore duplicates. You can click the duplicate name to see more details about the pairs. Select the Master Bean IDs to see more information about the master beans.
In Lightning Experience, use the following tabs when you deploy

:
Account Scout page
Use the Account Scout page to create account records.
Record creation page
Create and search records for standard and custom Salesforce objects in the record creation page.
Duplicate Accounts and Other Duplicates pages
View duplicate accounts in the Duplicate Accounts page, and view duplicate contacts and leads in the Other Duplicates page.
Beans
View all the beans or a filtered list of beans. Beans are containers for data within CC360.
Master Beans
View all the master beans or a filtered list of master beans. Master beans link together all the beans that relate to an account.
Salesforce reports and dashboards
Use the Reports and Dashboards tabs to view and analyze your data from multiple perspectives.
Standard Salesforce pages
Access the standard Salesforce objects such as accounts, contacts, and leads from the standard pages.
