Settings for the Duplicate Record Management Process

The duplicate check jobs use the default custom settings. You can customize the default custom settings based on your Salesforce organization and requirement.
The duplicate check batch jobs use the following custom settings:
  • Batch Acceleration Level
  • Matching Settings
  • Match Score Weighting
  • Null Scores
  • Matching and Duplicate Thresholds
  • Performance Settings
You can configure the custom settings before you run the duplicate check jobs.
Cloud Customer 360 (
) identifies duplicate records more accurately with valid, standardized data. You can configure data cleansing settings including the fuzzy match segment, to prevent duplicate data and improve data quality. For optimal results, after you configure the custom settings, compare two records and test the settings.
