Match Results

When you perform the ad hoc match,
Customer 360
generates the match results that contain the details of the matched and unmatched records. You can review the match results to determine whether to import all the records or the unmatched records.
The match results show the following information:
  • Number of input records
  • Number of matched records
  • Number of unmatched records
The following image shows sample match results and a list of matched records:
The image displays the input records and their matched records.
  1. Input records
  2. Matched records
  3. Filter
  4. Table settings
  5. Match rule description
The
Unmatched Records
tab lists the unmatched input records. The
Matched Records
tab lists the input records and their matched records as matched pairs. The
Source_<Column Name>
columns refer to the columns in the input file, and
Target_<Field Name>
columns refer to the business entity fields. The
Ruleset_RuleNo
column displays the rule set name and the rule number that matches an import record with an existing record. On hovering over a
Ruleset_RuleNo
column value, you can see the match purpose and the match columns that the rule uses. You can filter the records and use the table settings to select the columns you want in the match result tables.
You can download the match reports as a .zip file. The .zip file contains the CSV files that list the matched and unmatched records.
