Viewing Query Results

Viewing Query Results

After you run a query, you can view the query results that appear in the
Search Results
panel.
You can open records from the
Search Results
panel. Before you open a record, you can preview the record. The preview appears in the
Record Preview
window.
The
Record Preview
and the
Business Entity
views can display the parent records and up to ten levels of child records. The top two child record levels are expanded. To view the child record levels that are deeper, expand the record levels.
You can customize the results to view only the fields that are significant to your purpose. Also, you can export the results to a CSV file.
When you run the predefined General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Processing Purpose query, you might not be able to view the search results because the
Search Results
panel might not contain the columns that have data. You need to manually select the columns so that they appear in search results. To customize the query results, refer to Customizing Query Results
