Charts and Graphs

Charts and graphs on the

Home

page contain enterprise-level information about all customers and tasks. You can view a visual representation of the customers and related information. You can view the breakdown of tasks, grouped by their state and priority.

The charts and graphs can be static or dynamic. You can select data in some charts and then navigate to another interface that shows the relevant records or tasks. You can select data in some charts and navigate to a drilldown chart that provides another layer of data granularity.

Before you analyze the data, ensure that the data reflects the current master data. Your administrator can add or remove charts from the

Home

page. All managers share the same

Home

page, so you might want to coordinate with other managers before requesting changes.

Chart	Description
Assigned Tasks By User Roles	Displays the total number of tasks assigned to each user role. If you click any user role in the chart, the Task Manager shows a list of tasks that belong to the selected user role.
Assigned Tasks By Users	Displays the total number of tasks assigned to each user. If you click any user in the chart, the Task Manager shows a list of tasks that belong to the selected user.
Closed Tasks By Users	Displays the total number of tasks closed by each user. If you click any user in the chart, the Task Manager shows a list of tasks that the selected user closed.
Customer Onboarding Time	Displays how long it took to qualify customers.
Customers Added By Year	Displays the number of customers added in each year.
Customer Distribution By Geography	Displays the total number of customers distributed across the world in a map. If you click any country, the chart displays the number of customers distributed across the states of the selected country. If you click any city, a list of customers who belong to the selected city appears as search results.
Open Tasks By Task Type	Displays the total number of tasks that are open for each task type. If you click any task type in the chart, the Task Manager shows a list of tasks that are of the selected task type.
Source Systems	Displays the total number of customers belonging to each source system. If you click any source system, the chart displays a breakdown of total number of customers belonging to the selected source system by year.
Task Priority Overview	Displays the total number of tasks and breaks down the tasks by priority.
Task Status Overview	Displays the total number of tasks and breaks down the tasks by status.
