Filtering Draft Records

Filtering Draft Records

You can filter the draft records by the business entity type or title.
  1. In the navigation bar, click
    Drafts
    .
  2. Click the
    Filter
    icon.
  3. Click
    Add Field
    , and select the filter that you want to apply.
  4. Perform one of the following steps:
    1. If you select
      Entity Type
      , select the type of business entity that you want to use as a filter.
      Data Director retrieves all the draft records that belong to the selected business entity type.
    2. If you select
      Title
      , enter a value based on which you want to filter the drafts records.
      Data Director retrieves all the draft records that match the specified value.


      For example, if you enter the alphabet b, Data Director lists all the drafts records that contain the alphabet b in the title.
