Name Formats

Informatica MDM Hub

match has a default name format which tells it where to expect the last name. The options are:

Left—last name is at the start of the full name, for example Smith Jim

Right—last name is at the end of the full name, for example, Jim Smith

The name format that the

uses depends on the purpose that you use. If you use Organization, the default is Last name, First name, Middle name. If you use Person or Resident, the default is First Middle Last.

When you format data for matching, remember that the name format that the
