Updating the Searchable Field Properties by Using the Provisioning Tool

You can use the Provisioning tool to update the properties of a searchable field.
  1. Open a supported browser, and enter the following URL:
    https://<MDM Hub Server host name>:<MDM Server port number>/provisioning/
    The
    Login
    page appears.
  2. Type the user name and password to access the Provisioning tool.
  3. Click
    Login
    .
  4. Select the Operational Reference Store (ORS) for which you want to configure the fields.
  5. Click
    Business Entity
    Modeling
    .
    The
    Modeling
    page appears.
  6. Select
    Business Entities
    from the list, and select the business entity to which the searchable field belongs.
  7. In the tree view, under the business entity, expand
    field
    , and select the field for which you want to update the properties.
  8. In the node properties panel, update the properties based on your requirement.
  9. Click
    Apply
    .
  10. Click
    Publish
    .
    After a successful validation, the configuration changes are updated in the C_REPOS_CO_CS_CONFIG repository database table.
Restart the application server after you update the properties of the searchable fields.
