Configuring Task Types

Configuring Task Types

You can create task types and configure which user roles can claim or be assigned tasks. For each task type, you can create task action configurations. Task action configurations control whether users must add a comment, attach a file, or reassign the task when performing a task action.
To configure task types, perform the following actions:
  1. Create a task type, and configure whether users can attach files when they edit the task details.
  2. Configure the user roles that can claim or be assigned tasks.
  3. Create task action configurations, and configure the comment, attachment, and reassignment settings for the task action.
