Running the Process Server Silent Upgrade

Running the Process Server Silent Upgrade

After you configure the properties file, you can start the silent upgrade.
  1. Ensure that the application server is running.
  2. Open a command window.
  3. Run the following command:
    On UNIX.
    ./hub_cleanse_install.bin -f <
    location of silent properties file for process server
    >
    On Windows.
    hub_cleanse_install.exe -f <
    location of silent properties file for process server
    >
    The silent upgrade runs in the background. The process can take a while. If you ran the post install script for the
    Process Server
    as part of the silent installation, check the postinstallSetup.log files to verify that the upgrade was successful.
    The log file is available in the following directory:
    On UNIX.
    <
    MDM Hub installation directory
    >/hub/cleanse/logs/
    On Windows.
    <
    MDM Hub installation directory
    >\hub\cleanse\logs\
