PowerExchange Code Pages

PowerExchange Code Pages

PowerExchange provides a set of standard code pages.
PowerExchange includes ICU software to provide extended single-byte and multibyte code page support for the following data sources:
  • Datacom
  • DB2 for i5/OS
  • DB2 for z/OS
  • Flat files
  • Sequential data sets
  • VSAM data sets
On i5/OS and z/OS systems, the IBM-037 code page is the default code page. On Linux, UNIX, and Windows systems, the ISO-8859 code page is the default code page.
