The Oracle Express CDC log reader is configured to use BFILE processing and no accessible Oracle directory matches the log base directory. If the wait time specified in the LOGARCHIVEWAIT parameter in the OPTIONS statement of the pwxorad.cfg configuration file expires before a matching directory object is detected, the process fails.
Oracle capture continues to poll for log and directory information until the LOGARCHIVEWAIT wait time expires.
Create a new directory object that matches the base directory or grant the user "Create any Directory" privileges.
