The PowerExchange Express CDC log reader thread failed to report progress for a period longer than the default timeout period of 10 minutes. An OCI call probably has become unresponsive.
Extraction processing ends.
To enable recovery from SQL*NET failures, set the SQLNET.RECV_TIMEOUT parameter to 5 minutes or less and set the SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME parameter to 1 in the sqlnet.ora file.
Also, to allow the prompt detection of dead sockets, specify ENABLE=BROKEN in the TNS entry.
