Commit on EOF attribute for session must be disabled to guarantee restart.
To guarantee that proper restart processing occurs, the PWXPC CDC reader must control commit processing to the targets. However, the
Commit On End Of File
option is enabled. When this option is enabled and a CDC sessions ends, PowerCenter performs a final commit after the PWXPC CDC reader has ended. This final commit can failure or duplicate data when the CDC session is restarted because the restart tokens do not match the state of the targets.
Processing continues.
Disable the
Commit On End Of File
attribute on the Properties tab of the CDC session.
