Step 6. Delete the Applimation Application

Step 6. Delete the Applimation Application

To delete the Applimation Application, delete the Applimation installation directory on the target server.
  1. Stop the Tomcat service before you remove the Applimation Application. To stop the Tomcat service, access the target machine's command prompt.
  2. Navigate to the Tomcat bin directory.
  3. Run the
    shutdown
    command. The Tomcat service stops enabling you to delete the Applimation application.
  4. Delete the container from the following directory:
    /u01/tomcat/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps
    You can use the
    rm -r
    command to delete the web container.
  5. Delete the container's XML file from the following directory:
    /u01/tomcat/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/conf/Catalina/localhost
