Disabling and enabling a publication

Disabling and enabling a publication

Use the
Explore
 page to disable and enable publications.
A disabled publication does not run according to schedule or by an external API. You can only run a disabled publication from the
Explore
 page or from the topic page of the topic that the publication publishes to.
You can also disable and enable publications on the topic page. For more information, see Publications properties.
  1. In the Navigator, click
    Explore
    . Click the
    All Assets
     list and then select
    Hub Management
    Publications
    .
    The
    Explore
     page shows all existing publications. You can sort the display by name, description, mode, topic, or last modified.
  2. Rest on the publication click the Actions menu at the right end of the line. From the menu select
    Disable
     or
    Enable
    , as required.
