Before you upgrade
Customer 360
, ensure that you validate the
Customer 360
Operational Reference Store through the Repository Manager tool of the Hub Console.
  1. Upgrade the
    Multidomain MDM
    installation to a supported version.
  2. Back up the
    Customer 360
    Operational Reference Store.
  3. Back up the
    Customer 360
    library and configuration files.
  4. Extract the latest
    Customer 360
    application archive file.
  5. Copy the
    Customer 360
    configuration files to the
    tcr
    folder.
  6. Configure the application properties file.
  7. Configure the base URL for the business entity services.
  8. Optionally, if you use the data model based on the Party Role table, migrate to the data model based on the Party table.
  9. If you install
    Supplier 360
    in the same environment, configure the log file path.
  10. Before you upgrade
    Customer 360
    , ensure that you download and apply the Emergency Bug Fixes (EBF).
  11. Validate the
    Customer 360
    database schema and fix all the errors.
