Matching New Records with Existing Records

In Data Director, you can compare records that you import with existing records. The match process identifies matched and unmatched records. You can import the unmatched records, delete the records or import all records.

After you import the file, Data Director generates match results that display the matched, unique, skipped, and all records. You can review the results to determine the records you want to import or download.
