Task Inbox

Task Inbox

Effective in version 10.3, you can configure the columns and the filters that you want to view in the task inbox. Use the Provisioning Tool to configure the columns and the filters for the task inbox.
The task inbox contains the following filters:
  • My Open Tasks
  • My Closed Tasks
  • All Tasks
  • All Unclaimed Tasks
  • All Closed Tasks
  • All Claimed Tasks
Previously, you could not configure the columns and filters for the task inbox, and the task inbox contained only My Tasks and Available Tasks as the filters.
